Steps to download Windows Assesment and deployment tool kit (ADK),
- Download and run adksetup.exe as administrator. This will open the Windows Assessment and Deployment kit wizard.
- Select 'Install the Windows Assessment and Deployment kit to this computer' option.
- Under 'Select the features you want to install' enable the two options below:
- Deployment Tools
- User State Migration Tool (USMT)
- Click Install.
- Download and run adkwinpesetup.exe as administrator. Windows Assessment and Deployment kit wizard will open.
- Select 'Install the Windows Assessment and Deployment kit to this computer' option.
- Under 'Select the features you want to install' enable the following option:
- Windows Preinstallation Environment (Windows PE)
- Click Install.
Win10PE SE builds a lightweight Win10 PE environment using a Windows 10 DVD, x86 or x64 architecture.

Steps to download Windows Automatic Installation Kit (AIK),
- Download the iso file.
- Mount the iso file as a virtual drive using a third-party tool (power iso or magic iso).
- The mounted virtual drive will be displayed in My Computer.
- Double click on the virtual drive, double click on StartCD.exe. Windows Automated installation kit will open.
- In the left side panel, click on Windows AIK Setup.
- Specify the installation path (it is recommended to have the default installation path ,as it will be automatically updated in the server during WinPE media creation).
- Click Next to confirm installation.
WinPE tool has been successfully installed now.
